摘 要:目的:建立神香草质量控制的方法。方法:以迷迭香酸和蒙花苷作为指标成分,建立神香草鉴别和含量测定的方法,进行方法学考察。结果:高效薄层扫描法采用聚酰胺薄膜,以二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(2∶5∶1)展开剂,药材与各对照品在相同位置显相同颜色的斑点。二者线性关系(高效薄层扫描法:r_(1)=0.9958、r_(2)=0.99328,高效液相色谱法:r_(1)=0.9999、r_(2)=0.9997);精密度、稳定性、重复性(RSD<5%)良好;通过生态量表分析高效薄层扫描法的数据极好的,高效液相色谱法是可接受的。说明高效液相色谱法和高效薄层扫描法均可作为神香草质量控制的检测方法。结论:本研究建立的神香草质量控制方法稳定、重复性好,为神香草的质量控制提供实验依据。Objective To establish a method for quality control of Hyssopus officinalis.Methods With rosmarinic acid and mongoside as indicator components,a method for identification and content determination of Hyssopus officinalis was established,and the methodology was investigated.Results High performance thin layer chromatography scanning(HPTLCS)used polyamide film and dichloromethane-ethyl acetate-formic acid(2∶5∶1)as a developing agent.The medicinal material and each reference substance showed spots of the same color at the same position.The linear relationship between the two(HPTLCS:r_(1)=0.9958,r_(2)=0.99328,High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC):r_(1)=0.9999,r_(2)=0.9997);the precision,stability,and repeatability(RSD<5%)are good;the HPTLCS data analyzed by Ecological Scale Analysis(ESA)is excellent,HPLC is acceptable.It shows that both HPLC and HPTLCS can be used as detection methods for Hyssopus officinalis quality control.Conclusion The quality control method of Hyssopus officinalis established in this study is stable and reproducible,which provides experimental basis for the quality control of Hyssopus officinalis.
