摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹是临床常见皮肤病,因其反复发作,治疗上尤为困难,针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹优势有一定的优越性,可快速缓解临床症状,无明显不良反应。本文通过对近年针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的文献进行整理、研究,从中医对慢性荨麻疹的认识、发病原理及针灸治疗临床研究等方面进行阐述,以期为慢性荨麻疹的针灸治疗提供参考。Chronic urticaria is a common skin disease in clinic.Because of its recurrentattacks,treatment is particularly difficult.Acupuncture has certain advantages in treating chronic urticaria,which can quickly relieve clinical symptoms without obvious adverse reactions.This article sorts out and researches the literature of chronic urticaria with acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years,and elaborates on the understanding of chronic urticaria,pathogenesis and clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the acupuncture treatment of chronic urticaria.
