摘　　要：随着医疗技术的进展以及人们对躯体外观关注度的增加,自体脂肪移植技术被广泛应用于软组织填充和修复重建。脂肪干细胞基质胶(Stromal Vascular Fraction Gel,SVF-gel)是一种经过物理方法获得的浓缩脂肪产物,其因富含血管基质片段(Stromal Vascular Fraction,SVF)和细胞外基质(Extracellular Matrix,ECM),而具有炎症反应轻、不良反应少、保留率高等优点,现已逐渐代替传统自体脂肪移植,广泛应用于医疗美容及多种疾病治疗。学者们对当前SVF-gel的临床应用现状、作用机制和病例治疗结果展开综述。With the development of medical technology and people's increasing attention to the appearance of the body,autologous fat grafting technology has been widely used in soft tissue filling and repair and reconstruction.Stromal Vascular Fraction Gel(SVFgel)is a kind of concentrated adipose products which is processed by the physical method.Due to rich in stromal vascular fraction(SVF)and extracellular matrix(ECM),SVF-gel exerts less inflammatory response,less adverse reaction,higher retention rate and has been gradually replaced traditional autologous fat grafting.Nowadays,SVF-gel has been widely applied in medical cosmetology and treatment of a variety of diseases.In this review,Scholars have further studied the current clinical application status,treatment mechanism and case treatment results of SVF-gel.
