自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜和硅胶假体在鼻部皮肤菲薄患者鼻整形中的应用对比

摘　　要：目的研究鼻部皮肤菲薄鼻整形患者采取自体筋膜和自体肋软骨和硅胶假体整形的效果对比。方法于我院接受不同鼻整形方案的鼻部皮肤菲薄患者中随机抽取各28例,分为对照组(28例,硅胶假体鼻整形)和观察组(28例,自体肋软骨和筋膜隆鼻术),回顾性分析两组并发症和满意度情况。结果经本文研究,观察组整形后患者鼻部外形、鼻部高度、整体满意度均高于对照组。观察组合计2例(7.1%)较对照组减少。观察组鼻面角(30.05±2.23)°略低于对照组。观察组患者自卑感、自我丑化意识、认为自己有容貌缺陷以及痛苦感评分均较对照组降低。2组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组鼻唇角、额鼻角、高度与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对鼻部皮肤菲薄患者使用自体肋软骨以及自体筋膜隆鼻整形术,可有效提高整形效果,让鼻部轮廓和外形更自然,符合东方女性鼻部特点,提高患者满意度,且术后出现并发症概率较低,可推广应用,具有突出优势。Objective To study the effect comparison of autofascia and autocostal cartilage and silicone prosthesis.Methods The 28 cases were randomly selected from the patients with different rhinoplasty programs,which were divided into control group(28 cases,silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty)and observation group(28 cases,autologous costal cartilage and fascia rhinoplasty),and the two groups of complications and satisfaction conditions were retrospective analyzed.Results In this study,the nasal shape,nasal height and overall satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.We observed 2 cases(7.1%)compared with the control group.The nasal angle(30.05±2.23)was slightly lower than the control group.In the observation group,inferiority,self-uglification,appearance defects,and pain scores were lower compared with the control group.2 Groups of comparison,with significant differences(P<0.05).The nose,frontal,and height of the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of autologous costal cartilage and autologous fascia rhinoplasty for patients with thin nasal skin can effectively improve the plastic effect,make the nasal contour and shape more natural,conform to the characteristics of Oriental female nose,improve patient satisfaction,and the probability of postoperative complications is low,It can be popularized and applied with outstanding advantages.
