摘　　要：目的探讨内窥镜辅助下假体隆乳术的临床效果。方法回顾分析自2017年5月-2019年12月,完成内窥镜辅助下腋窝入路双平面假体隆乳术1056例(2112侧),术后随访6~18个月,对各项与假体隆乳相关的并发症进行评估,对患者术后满意度进行评估。结果1006例(95%)患者对术后乳房形态,大小及手感满意;16例(2%)出现Ⅲ~Ⅳ级包膜挛缩,129例(12%)出现乳头乳晕复合体感觉异常,156例(15%)可触及假体边缘,26例(2%)出现假体移位。结论内窥镜辅助下腋窝入路双平面假体隆乳,具有腔隙剥离精准、止血彻底、并发症少和手术满意度高等优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical postoperative effects of breast implant augmentation via endoscopic assisted axillary approach.Methods From May 2017 to December 2019,A retrospective analysis was conducted on 1056 patients who underwent endoscopic assisted transaxillary double dual plane breast implant augmentation.All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months after the surgery.The complications related to prosthesis augmentation and postoperative satisfaction of patients were evaluated.Results 1016 patients(95%)were satisfied with the postoperative effects.Ⅲ-Ⅳcapsule contracture occurred in 16 patients(2%).Nipple sensory changes occurred in 129 patients(12%).The implant edge Palpability occurred in 156 patients(15%).Prosthesis displacement occurred in26patients(2%).Conclusion Endoscopic assisted transaxillary double dual plane breast implant augmentation would have some advantages such as lacunar stripping precision,hemostasis,less complications and high postoperative satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
