摘　　要：目的探讨瘢痕疙瘩切除美容缝合术后配合90锶敷贴治疗与术后注射曲安奈德的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析右江民族医学院附属医院整形美容科2019年3月至2021年3月接受治疗的104例患者临床资料,根据方式不同,将实施手术切除缝合术后1个月内曲安奈德注射的52例患者设为对照组,将实施手术切除美容缝合术后3天内结合90锶敷贴治疗的52例患者设为观察组。对比两组疗效、1年内复发率及1个月、3个月、6个月后的VSS评分、两组术后切口感染、皮肤坏死、术口愈合不良等并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月、3个月、6个月的VSS评分低于对照组同时期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后3个月、6个月的VSS评分均低于术后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率和对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瘢痕疙瘩切除美容缝合术后配合90锶敷贴治疗效果较好,能降低1年内复发率及1个月、3个月、6个月后的VSS评分,降低术后切口感染、皮肤坏死、术口愈合不良等并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 90 strontium application and triamcinolone acetonide injection after keloid resection and cosmetic suture.Methods The clinical data of 104 patients who received treatment from March 2019 to March 2021 in the Department of Plastic Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities were retrospectively analyzed.According to different methods,52 patients who received triampinolone acetonide injection within 1 month after surgical resection and suture were set as the control group.52 patients treated with 90 strontium application within 3 days after surgical resection and cosmetic suture were set as the observation group.The efficacy,recurrence rate within 1 year,VSS score after 1 month,3 months and 6 months,and the incidence of postoperative complications such as incision infection,skin necrosis and poor healing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference between the data(P<0.05).The VSS scores of the observation group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were lower than those of the control group at the same period,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The VSS scores at 3 and 6 months after surgery in both groups were lower than those at 1 month after surgery,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion After keloid resection and cosmetic suture combined with 90 strontium application,the treatment effect is good,can reduce the recurrence rate within 1 year and the VSS score after 1 month,3 months and 6 months,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as incision infection,skin necrosis,poor healing and so on.
