点阵CO_(2)激光辅助透皮技术联合5%米诺地尔酊外用治疗轻度斑秃的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的应用点阵CO_(2)激光辅助透皮技术联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗后,对斑秃患者的临床疗效、康复时间进行评估。方法在2020年3月~2020年12月期间,选取我院收治的斑秃(76例)为本研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将入选患者分为联合组及对照组。对照组(38例)行5%米诺地尔酊外用治疗,联合组(38例)行5%米诺地尔酊联合点阵CO_(2)激光辅助透皮技术治疗。对两组患者的总有效率、康复时间、不良反应及复发率进行评估。结果联合组患者的总有效率为89.47%,显著高于对照组(63.16%),起效时间、达到最大生发面积用时显著低于对照组,两组总有效率、康复时间相较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者的总不良反应率略高于对照组,但两组数据相较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论点阵CO_(2)激光辅助透皮技术联合5%米诺地尔酊能提高斑秃患者的治疗有效率,见效时间更快,达到最大生发面积用时显著缩短,且不良反应轻微,复发率低。Objective The clinical efficacy and recovery time of patients with mild alopecia areata were evaluated after treatment with fractional CO_(2) laser-assisted transdermal technique plus 5%minoxidil tincture.Methods From March 2020 to December 2020,76 cases of mild alopecia areata admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the selected patients were divided into combined treatment groups and control groups randomly.The control group was treated with topical 5%minoxidil,and the combined treatment group was treated with topical 5%minoxidil plus fractional CO_(2) laser.The total efficiency,time of recovery,adverse reactions and relapse rates were assessed in both groups.Results The total efficiency in the combined treatment group was 89.47%,significantly higher than the control group(63.16%),effective time and time to reach the maximum hair area were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total ADR rate in the combined group were slightly higher than the control group,and the data were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Fractional CO_(2) laser-assisted transdermal technique combined with 5%minoxidil tincture can improve the treatment efficiency of mild alopecia areata patients,faster effective time,significantly shorten the time to reach the maximum hair area,with slight adverse effects and low recurrence rate.
