超分子水杨酸联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗毛周角化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价30%超分子水杨酸联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗毛周角化的临床疗效及安全性。方法将66例毛周角化患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例,对照组31例,治疗组予30%超分子水杨酸联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,对照组予多磺酸粘多糖软膏及0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗,治疗结束后评价疗效并观察不良反应。结果治疗组患者治疗3次后,治愈6例(17.14%),显效19例(54.29%),有效9例(25.71%),无效1例(2.86%),有效率为71.43%,与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗过程中所有患者无明显不良反应发生。结论30%超分子水杨酸联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗毛周角化安全有效,患者依从性高,不良反应少。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 30%Supramolecular Salicylic Acid combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate(MPS)Cream on Keratosis Pilaris.Methods Cases with Keratosis Pilaris were divided into two groups randomly.Cases in experimental group were treated with 30% Supramolecular Salicylic Acid combined with MPS Cream,cases in controlled group were treated by MPS Cream combined with 0.1%Adapalene gel.The clinical therapy effect and the adverse reaction were evaluated after treatment.Results After 3 times of treatment,6 cases were cured,19 cases were noticeable effective,9 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective.There was significant difference between the experimental group and controlled group.Conclusions 30%Supramolecular Salicylic Acid combined with MPS Cream on Keratosis Pilaris was safe and effective in the treatment of Keratosis Pilaris,and the adverse reaction was rare.
