摘　　要：目的探讨超皮秒激光联合微针导入对黄褐斑患者面部修复情况及皮肤状态的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年8月收治的黄褐斑患者90例,以入院顺序分为对照组及观察组,各组45例,对照组采用超皮秒激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加微针导入,对两组治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积及皮损颜色、皮肤生理参数进行比较。结果两组治疗前的黄褐斑皮损面积、皮损颜色评分相比,差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组各项评分较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗前,经皮水分丢失(TEWL)、表皮油脂含量、表皮含水量等皮肤生理参数指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组各项皮肤生理指标与对照组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论超皮秒激光联合微针导入可促进黄褐斑患者面部皮损修复,也能改善其皮肤状态,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of picosecond laser combined with mesodermal therapy on facial repair and skin condition of patients with chloasma.A total of 90 patients with Melasma who were admitted from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 45 cases each by a random number table.The control group was treated with ultra picosecond laser,and the observation group was treated with mesoderm therapy on the basis of the control group.The chloasma lesion area,lesion color and skin physiological parameters were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant difference in the area of chloasma lesions and color scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there were no significant differences in skin physiological parameters such as transdermal water loss(TEWL),epidermal oil content,and epidermal water content between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above-mentioned indicators in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra picosecond laser combined with mesodermal therapy can promote the repair of facial skin lesions in patients with chloasma,and can also improve their skin condition,which is worthy of promotion.
