摘  要:目的探讨以患者和家庭为中心的护理(PFCC)干预模式在学龄期唇裂鼻畸形患者中应用效果。方法选取我院2017年8月-2020年8月学龄期唇裂鼻畸形患者90例为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上实施以患者和家庭为中心的护理干预模式,两组患者出院后均随访6个月。对两组患者在出院时、出院后6月采用儿童少年生活质量量表(QLSCA)对生活质量水平进行测评,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、儿童抑郁自评量表(CDI)对患者心理进行测评,并将两组进行比较分析。结果出院后6月观察组患者QLSCA评分较出院时增高且高于对照组(P<0.05),出院后6月观察组SAS、CDI评分均较出院时降低且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PFCC护理干预模式应用于学龄期唇裂鼻畸形患者中,可有效改善其生活质量、减轻焦虑抑郁情绪,促进其身心健康发展。Objective To investigate the effect of patient-centered and family-centered nursing(PFCC)intervention mode in school-age patients with cleft lip nasal deformity.Methods 90 school-age patients with cleft lip nasal deformity in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given patient-centered and family-centered nursing intervention mode on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were followed up for 6 months after discharge.Children and Adolescent Quality of Life Scale(QLSCA)was used to evaluate the quality of life level of patients in the two groups at discharge and 6 months after discharge.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Child Depression Scale(CDI)were used to evaluate the psychological level of patients,and the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Six months after discharge,QLSCA score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),6 months after discharge,SAS and CDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PFCC nursing intervention mode in school-age patients with cleft lip nasal deformity can effectively improve their life quality,reduce anxiety and depression,and promote their physical and mental health development.
