摘　　要：近年来,随着社会的发展和科技的进步,自体脂肪移植技术不断提升,在整形外科领域中的临床应用更加广泛。例如,能够用于移植修复各种软组织的缺损和畸形、瘢痕修复、促进创面愈合、面部年轻化、轮廓塑形等领域中。提高自体脂肪移植成活率的问题困扰着一代代整形外科医生,因为移植后的脂肪容易出现感染、脂肪钙化、坏死等问题,造成移植后脂肪成活率较低,也限制了自体脂肪移植技术的广泛普及。本研究阅读众多相关文献,就如何提高自体脂肪移植成活率这一课题进行了如下综述分析,以期为整形外科医生提供一些理论依据,从而能够进一步提升临床上自体脂肪移植的成活率。In recent years,with the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,the technique of autologous fat transplantation has been continuously improved,and its clinical application in the field of plastic surgery has become more extensive.For example,it can be used for transplantation to repair various soft tissue defects and deformities,scar repair,promotion of wound healing,facial rejuvenation,contour shaping and other fields.The problem of increasing the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation has plagued generations of plastic surgeons,because the fat after transplantation is prone to infection,fat calcification,necrosis,etc.,resulting in a low fat survival rate after transplantation,which also limits the wide range of autologous fat transplantation techniques universal.In this study,we read many related literatures and conducted the following summary analysis on how to improve the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation,in order to provide some theoretical basis for plastic surgeons,which can further improve the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation in clinic.
