南京市钟山风景名胜区核心景区划定方法探究

摘　　要：针对现状风景名胜区核心景区划定的难点,文章以南京市钟山风景名胜区为例,以保护资源、便于管理、兼顾游赏为目标,应用模糊德尔菲法和层次分析法确定生态价值、史迹保护价值、自然景观保护价值和游憩价值为一级评价要素,共选取14项评价指标对风景名胜区核心资源进行评价。通过构建核心资源评价体系,识别核心景区预选范围,将其与景区土地利用规划、游赏规划相衔接,结合实际地物,运用地理信息技术手段,最终明确钟山风景名胜区核心景区边界。To protect natural resources and improve resource management,the paper studies the difficulties in the delimitation of landscape resort’s core area,establishes an evaluation system of core resources,to specify the boundary of landscape resort’s core area with GIS technology.Taking Zhongshan Landscape Resort as an example,the author studies the ecological,historical,natural,and tourism values by literature review,Fuzzy Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and selects 14 indices for the evaluation of landscape resort’s core resources.The primarily selected core area is then integrated with land use plan,tourism plan,and actual features,and the ultimate boundary of the core area is calculated on ArcGIS10.0 platform.
