旴江主要医家治疗泄泻组方用药规律探析

摘　　要：目的利用数据分析和关联规则分析旴江主要医家治疗泄泻的组方用药规律。方法统计旴江主要医家的主要医著中有关泄泻的选方用药,采用频数分析、聚类分析和关联规则分析等方法,对数据进行分析。结果本研究共收集方剂168首,其中涉及的药物共139味。结论旴江主要医家治疗泄泻尤为注重益气健脾,化湿利小便。Objective To analyze the rule of prescription and drug use in treating diarrhea by using data analysis and association rules in Xujiang.Methods The data were analyzed by means of frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis in the main medical books of the main physicians in Xujiang.Results A total of 168 prescriptions were collected,of which 139 drugs were involved.Conclusion The main physicians in Xujiang paid special attention to supplementing qi and strengthening spleen,removing dampness and remedying urine in treating diarrhea.
