八正散治疗小儿膀胱湿热型尿路感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察八正散加减在临床中治疗小儿膀胱湿热证尿路感染的疗效。方法在长春中医药大学附属医院儿科门诊选取80例膀胱湿热证尿路感染患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组给予口服银花泌炎灵片治疗,治疗组给予口服中药汤剂八正散加减,7 d为一个疗程。观察2组患者的临床疗效以及中医症状积分变化情况。结果一个疗程结束后,治疗组患者总有效率为90.0%(36/40)高于对照组77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中医症状积分改善幅度亦明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论八正散清热利湿通淋,治疗效果明显,患者依从性高,临床上值得广泛应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Bazheng powder in treating urinary tract infection of bladder damp-heat syndrome in children.Methods 80 cases of urinary tract infection of bladder dampness-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.Each group had 40 cases.The control group was treated with Yinhua Miyanling tablets treatment,and the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine decoction Bazheng powder.Seven days was a course of treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups and the change of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were observed.Results After one course of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%(36/40)higher than that in the control group(77.5%,31/40),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the treatment group was also significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bazheng powder,with clearing heat,moistening and drenching,has obvious therapeutic effect and high patient compliance,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
