针刺坐骨神经干及辨证配穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症之坐骨神经痛40例

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺坐骨神经干配合辨证取穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月在锦州市中医医院针灸科收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛患者,按照治疗方法的不同分组,对照组40例采用辨证取穴针刺疗法进行治疗;试验组40例采取针刺坐骨神经干配合辨证取穴治疗,比较2组有效率以及出现情况。结果治疗后,试验组的治疗总有效率80%(32/40)高于对照组的总有效率65%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在辨证取穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的基础上,再加以针刺坐骨神经干,对改善坐骨神经痛有更好的临床效果,值得推广。Objective To analyze the significance of acupuncture on sciatic nerve trunk combined with syndrome differentiation acupoint selection for sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation were selected from January 2019 to May 2020 in the department of acupuncture and moxibution of Jinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to different groups of treatment methods,40 patients in the control group were treated with dialectical point selection.In the experimental group,40 patients were treated with acupuncture of sciatic nerve trunk combined with syndrome differentiation point selection.The clinical efficiency,as well as the number of patients with fatigue,fear,torture and discomfort after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 80%(32/40)higher than that of the control group(65%,26/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation,acupuncture of sciatica nerve stem combined with dialectical point selection has good clinical effect,so patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation should be treated with acupuncture of sciatica nerve stem combined with dialectical point selection.
