中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年12月在江西省乐安县谷岗乡卫生院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者根据治疗方法分为对照组(实施西医治疗)与观察组(实施中西医结合治疗)。根据2组的痛经积分、月经紊乱积分、下腹部坠痛积分及临床总有效率进行观察分析。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%(28/30),显著高于对照组的80.0%(24/30),2组数据对比差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的痛经积分、月经紊乱积分以及下腹部坠痛积分与对照相比均明显更低,以上指标经统计学分析结果提示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性盆腔炎患者的临床治疗中采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效显著,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods According to the treatment methods,the patients in Gugang Township Health Center of Le’an from June 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups:the control group(western medicine)and the observation group(integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine).Observation and analysis were made according to dysmenorrhea score,menstrual disorder score,lower abdominal falling pain score and clinical total effective rate of both groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%,24/30),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of dysmenorrhea,menstrual disorder and lower abdominal falling pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant after statistical analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant clinical effect,which is worth popularizing.
