中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹鹿通督片配合西药治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法在江西省赣县区人民医院范围内选取2016年1月—2018年12月收治的76例腰椎间盘突出症患者,依照随机数字表法分成2组,对照组给予传统西药治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合丹鹿通督片治疗,对比2组治疗效果,另分别在治疗前、治疗30 d时,用视觉模拟评分量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评定2组疼痛情况。结果观察治疗总有效率91.67%(33/36)较对照组72.50%(29/40)偏高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗30 d时的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用丹鹿通督片与西药治疗相配合的方法来治疗,效果好,可减轻患者疼痛,临床应用价值突出。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danlu Tongdu tablet combined with western medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods In Ganxian District People’s Hospital,from January 2016 to December 2018,76 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was given traditional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Danlu Tongdu tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate before treatment and 30 days after treatment Pain in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 91.67%(33/36)was higher than that of 72.50%(29/40)in the control group(P<0.05).VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group at 30 d of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,Danlu Tongdu tablets combined with western medicine treatment has good effect,can reduce the pain of patients,and has outstanding clinical application value.
