摘 要:目的通过三维扫描技术法,实现精确体表损伤瘢痕的表面积与长度,探讨其法医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法采用定制的结构光三维扫描仪采集体表损伤三维数据,通过多视角正交法点选损伤区域,跨网格抗锯齿优化,自动计算表面积。结果测量结果对比工业级Geomagic Studio在同一标准件扫描和计算误差在毫米小数点后两位。结论采用三维测量对体表损伤表面积测量结果精确可靠,并可适用于不规则的器官和表面损伤测量,提高法医学鉴定的准确性。Objective To obtain accurate surface area and length of scars by three-dimensional scanning technology,and to explore its application value in forensic identification. Methods A customized structured light three-dimensional scanner was used to collect the three-dimensional data of body surface damage. The damage area was selected by the algorithm multi-view orthogonal method, the cross-grid anti-aliasing optimization was performed, and the surface area was automatically calculated. Results The measurement result is compared with the results of industrial-grade Geomagic Studio.The scanning and calculation error of the same standard part is less than 0.1 mm. Conclusion Using three-dimensional measurement to measure the surface area of body surface damage is accurate and reliable, and can be applied to irregular organs and surface damage measurement to improve the accuracy of forensic identification.
