摘 要:科研人员从具有超疏水性能的动植物表皮中观察到具体物理微观结构模型,通过对超疏水表面性能的进一步研究探索,发现超疏水表面具有延长水滴凝结时间、减少积冰和减小冰在固体材料表面附着力等一系列防冰优势。针对超疏水表面在防冰性能方面表现出来的突出特点,总结最近5年国内外研究人员在制备具有防冰性能的超疏水表面的研究进展。首先,对固体表面超疏水原理及其防冰原理予以阐述;随后,从制备超疏水表面的技术路线上综述了当前国内外的主流研究方向并对其防冰性能优缺点展开介绍;最后,对超疏水表面的防冰性能表现予以总结和展望。Researchers observed the physical microstructures model with super hydrophobic properties from animal and plant surface,with the process of further continuous study on the mechanism and properties of super hydrophobic surface,it was found that the super hydrophobic surface had a series of anti-ice characteristics,such as delaying the condensation time of water droplets,reducing ice accumulation on solid surface and so on.For advantages of super hydrophobic surface in anti-icing performance,the research progress of preparing super hydrophobic surface with anti-icing performance was summarized in recent five years.Firstly,it was described that the super hydrophobic principle of solid surface and its anti-icing principle.Secondly,it was summarized that the main research directions of preparing super hydrophobic surface at home and abroad including the advantages and disadvantages of its anti-icing performance.Finally,the development of super hydrophobic surface anti-ice was summarized and prospected.
