摘  要:当今社会竞争异常激烈,控制成本、提高质量成为公司发展的头等大事。随着公司经营发展的需求,作为企业成本核算及成本控制管理重要基础的工艺定额,已经由粗放式的编制与管理逐步向精益目标迈进。通过对公司新造产品原材料的合理套裁,应用“共边、连割、搭桥、借边、I穿孔、热变勾与留割”等特殊切割工艺进行整板切割,根据产品批量的不同选择最佳的工艺定额的计算方法,制定出先进、合理的材料消耗工艺定额;通过零件的合理选用、设计最佳的工艺方案、优化原材料规格、引进应用先进的套料软件、建立余料管理系统、加强定额管理等六大途径提高材料的利用率,降低产品的原材料成本,提高生产效率,提高产品的竞争力。In today’s society,competition has been extremely fierce,so controlling cost and improving quality have been becoming the top priority of the company development.With the needs of the company business development,the process quota,as an important basis for enterprise cost accounting and cost control management,has gradually moved from extensive preparation and management to lean goal.Through the reasonable set cutting of raw materials of the company new products,the whole plate was cut by using special cutting processes such as common edge,continuous cutting,bridging,edge borrowing,I perforation,thermal change hook,reserved cutting and so on,and the calculation method of the best process quota was selected according to the different product batches to formulate an advanced and reasonable material consumption process quota.Through the rational selection of parts,the design of the best process scheme,the optimization of raw material specifications,the introduction and application of advanced nesting software,the establishment of surplus material management system and the strengthening of quota management,it could improve the utilization rate of materials,reduce the cost of raw materials,improve production efficiency and improve the competitiveness of products.
