摘  要:某型号飞机前起落架转弯卡箍在镀镉-钛后的磁粉检查时发现存在裂纹,此时转弯卡箍处于自由状态,未进行最终装配。为确定开裂的性质和原因,对卡箍表面裂纹缺陷区进行了表面观察,对裂纹断面进行了宏微观观察,检查了卡箍的组织、硬度,测试了氢含量和表面残余应力,判断了裂纹性质并对其开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:转弯卡箍裂纹为氢致脆性开裂,裂纹在镀镉-钛过程中或者之前就已经产生;卡箍开裂可能与内应力过大、表面处理过程控制有关,卡箍开裂部位变形流线集中、露头,对开裂也有促进作用。A certain type of aircraft’s nose landing gear turning clamp was found to have cracks during magnetic particle inspection after cadmium-titanium plating,and the turning clamp was in a free state and with no final assembly.In order to locate the nature and cause of the cracking,surface observation of the crack defect area on the surface of the clamp was carried out,texture and hardness were inspected,inspection of the structure and hardness of the clamp was carried out,and macro and microcosmic observation were finished.Hydrogen content and surface residual stress were tested,so the nature and the reasons for its cracking were analyzed.The results showed that the crack of the turning clamp was brittle cracking,and the crack occurred during or before the cadmium-titanium plating process.The crack of the clamp may be related to excessive internal stress and the control of the surface treatment process.The cracked part of the clamp was deformed,streamlined concentration and outcropping,which also had promoting effect on cracking.
