摘 要:各向同性热解石墨由于具有优异的力学性能以及极低的孔隙率,在机械密封领域具有广泛的应用前景,但目前针对各向同性热解石墨的摩擦磨损试验开展较少。采用MMW-10环-盘端面摩擦磨损试验机,通过改变转速和载荷,对各向同性热解石墨与GH4169配副的摩擦学行为进行研究。结果表明:在油润滑条件下,随着转速的增加,各向同性热解石墨的摩擦因数与磨损率呈现出先减小后增加的趋势,200 r/min时获得最小值;而摩擦因数与磨损率随载荷的增加逐渐减小,2 kN时获得最小值,且载荷对磨损率的影响更加明显。各向同性热解石墨的磨损形式主要为类抛光、擦伤及犁沟。各向同性热解石墨的润滑机理与液体膜的形成以及摩擦配副表面的接触特性密切相关。揭示了各向同性热解石墨在油润滑条件下的磨损机制以及润滑机理,为其在机械密封领域的应用提供和积累了参考依据。Isotropic pyrolytic graphite has broad application prospects in the field of mechanical seals because of its excellent mechanical properties and extremely low porosity,however,the friction and wear tests of isotropic pyrolytic graphite are rarely carried out.The MMW-10 ring-on-disk friction tester was used to study the tribological behavior of isotropic pyrolytic graphite/GH4169 by changing the speed and load.The results showed that under oil lubrication conditions,the coefficient of friction and wear rate of isotropic pyrolytic graphite presented a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the minimum value was obtained at 200 r/min;while the coefficient of friction and wear rate gradually decreased with the increase of load,and the minimum value was obtained at 2 kN.Load had more obvious influence on wear rate.The wear forms of isotropic pyrolytic graphite were mainly like polishing-like,scratch and furrow,under the action of abrasive wear mechanism.The lubrication mechanism of isotropic pyrolytic graphite was closely related to the formation of liquid film and the contact characteristics of friction pair.The wear and lubrication mechanism of isotropic pyrolytic graphite under oil lubrication conditions are revealed,which provides and accumulated reference basis for its application in the field of mechanical seals.
