摘　　要：住房问题能否得到妥善解决是关乎国计民生的大问题。通过选定六个一线城市的66个公共租赁住房管理政策作为研究对象,采用质性分析方法,以Nvivo11软件对其进行编码、归类和分析,得出六个核心类属,即准入标准、条件审核、运营管理、社会管理、监察督管、退出管理,并依次进行文本分析,依据其结果为我国一线城市的公共租赁住房管理政策的完善提供参考建议。Whether the housing problem can be solved properly is a big problem related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.By selecting 66 public rental housing management policies in six first-tier cities as the research object and using the method of qualitative analysis,this paper will encode,classify and analyze them with Nvivo11 software.Six core categories are proposed,namely,access standard,condition audit,operation management,social management,supervision and exit management.And the text analysis is carried out accordingly.According to the results,it provides references and suggestions for the improvement of public rental housing management policy in first-tier cities in China.
