摘 要:在实际的铜矿生产过程中,特高品位值的出现会对平均品位的影响较大,从而影响到采矿、选矿及生产计划等一系列工作。传统的特高品位的识别与处理方法虽便于实际操作,但受构造和蚀变的影响其矿体品位变化比较明显,所计算出的平均品位值偏低。阐述了如何选取影响系数法识别与处理特高品位值。影响系数法可以比较科学地确定爆区极值品位和k值的选取范围,所得出的当0.06≤k≤0.1时,更符合处理特高品位的规则。通过3σ准则方法验证,取k值为0.06比较符合莱比塘矿山目前的情况。In actual production,the appearance of erratic-high grade of copper has a greater impact on the average grade,thereby affecting a series of work such as mining,processing and production planning.Although the traditional identification and processing methods of erratic-high grade are convenient for actual operation,the ore body grade changes obviously due to the structure and alteration,and the calculated average grade value is low.In this paper,the influence coefficient method is selected to identify and process the erratic-high grade value.The influence coefficient method can deal with the extreme value grade of the explosion zone more scientifically,and the selection range of the k value is studied.It is concluded that when 0.06≤k≤0.10,it is more in line with the rules of processing erratic-high grade.Validated by the 3σcriterion method,the k value of 0.06 is more in line with the current situation of the Letpadaung Mine.
