摘  要:结合大型灯泡贯流式水电站厂房的结构特性,研究并提出了某水电站厂房的振动安全控制标准。通过三维有限元动力计算,分析了厂房自振特性并进行共振复核,研究了厂房结构在机组动荷载作用下的动力响应。安全分析表明:机组正常运行时,振动反应基本在允许范围内,GIS开关站布置在尾水平台上是安全可行的。机组甩负荷运行时,GIS设备层楼板及出线场楼板响应较大,需加强机组运行监测或采取合理的减振、消振措施。The suggested vibrating safety limits of large-scale powerhouse with bulb turbine is studied based on its structural properties.The natural vibration frequency and the possibility of resonance of the powerhouse are analyzed by 3D Finite Element Method.Furthermore,structural vibration induced by the dynamic loads generated by bulb turbine generator sets is simulated in detail.The result shows that under normal operating condition,the vibration response of the powerhouse is basically within the suggested limitation,and it is feasible and safe to set the GIS substation upon the tailrace platform.But the response of the GIS substation floor and the outline going field floor is obvious under load shedding operation,so real time monitoring of the generator shall be strengthened and proper vibration isolation and reduction measures shall be taken.
