摘　　要：综述不同卒中相关性肺炎评分量表以及与生物标志物相结合的应用进展,介绍国内外现有的脑卒中相关性肺炎风险预测模型,分析其预测效能和当前存在的问题。推动脑卒中相关性肺炎的早期预防和筛查,为未来开发有针对性、简单、有效的风险筛查工具提供参考。It reviewed the application progress of different stroke-associated pneumonia score scales and its combination with biomarkers,introduced the domestic and foreign stroke-associated pneumonia risk prediction models,and analyzed their predictive efficacy and problems.In conclusion,it noted that the early prevention and screening of stroke-associated pneumonia should be promoted,providing reference for the future development of the targeted,simple and reliable risk screening tools.
