摘  要:该文利用H_(2)O_(2)在锌片上的腐蚀,在锌片上生长单晶ZnO微米棒。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)对所获得的样品进行组分和晶体结构分析,利用透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析其形貌。选择甲基橙(MO)作为污染物,所获得的ZnO/Zn作为光催化剂,紫外灯作为光源,通过紫外可见光光度计(UV-vis spectrophotometer)记录降解过程。获得的纤锌矿型ZnO微米棒在紫外光下对甲基橙具有良好的降解作用,而且在10次重复光催化测试过程中都保持着良好的降解效能。实验材料便宜,制备过程绿色简单,可用于本科生的创新实验教学。从实验材料制备、结构表征,到光催化性能的应用,有利于学生在实践操作中加深对材料的制备、表征、性能等概念的理解。Single crystal ZnO microrods were deposited on the surface of Zn plate through corrosion of Zn plate by H_(2)O_(2).The sample components and crystal structure analysis are conducted by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Transmission electron microscope(TEM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)are adopted to analyze the morphology of as-synthesized ZnO microrods.Methyl orange(MO)is used as the pollutant and the ZnO/Zn are applied as photocatalysts under the irradiation of UV lamp,in order to record the degradation process through UV-spectrophotometer.The obtained wurtize-type ZnO microrods present an effective degradation of methyl orange under ultraviolet,and it keeps a good efficiency during the ten times repeated photocatalytic tests.This experiment is suitable for the undergraduate innovative experimental teaching with green and simple preparation process,and cheap experiment material.From the preparation and structure characterization of experimental materials to the application of photocatalytic properties,it is helpful for students to deepen their understanding of the concepts of preparation,characterization and properties of materials in practical operation.
