摘  要:学生满意度是学生工作质量的可视化评价指标,研究学生满意度有助于发现学生工作薄弱环节,从而有针对性地研究和提升学生工作质量,落实高校立德树人根本任务。课题组调查发现,虽然大部分大学生对学生工作比较满意,但来自农村大学生和男性大学生的满意度相对较低;大学生虽然对学生工作涉及的大学辅导员、班级凝聚力和校园学习氛围比较满意,但对就业创业指导与帮扶、心理健康教育咨询和学校提供及时帮助的评价不高。提高学生工作质量,要树立以学生中心的工作理念,坚持以人为本,完善学生满意度评价体系;坚持重在服务,构建学生事务精准服务体系;坚持浸润心灵,打造学生工作对话体系。Student satisfaction is a visualized evaluation index of the quality of student work.The research of student satisfaction is helpful to find out the weaknesses in student work,so as to carry out targeted studies to improve the quality of student work,and implement the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities.The investigation of this research finds that,most college students are satisfied with student work,hut those from mral areas and male students have a lower degree of satisfaction;college students are satisfied with college counselors,class cohesiveness and campus learning atmosphere,hut their evaluation on employment and entrepreneurship guidance and support,mental health education and consultation and the timely help provided by school is not high.To improve the quality of student work,it is necessary to establish a student-centered concept of work,which adheres to people-oriented principle,and improves the evaluation system of student satisfaction.The emphasis should be placed on providing persistent services,building a precise service system for student affairs,the cultivation of soul,and creating a dialogue system for student work.
