摘　　要：研究如何治疗烧伤后瘢痕,改善烧伤后瘢痕的颜色、厚度、柔韧性是众多研究者面临的难题。同时,对于烫伤后适当的激光参数的设置还没有很好地定义,激光治疗的总体疗效尚未明确。本文将针对剥脱性二氧化碳点阵激光在烧烫伤瘢痕中的临床应用现状、治疗后瘢痕状态的改善、治疗时间、激光相关参数设置、联合治疗和不良反应方面进行综述。旨在为临床治疗烧烫伤创面,减少瘢痕和改善瘢痕状态提供更好的依据。It always remains difficult to treat post-burn scars and improve their color,thickness and flexibility of post-burn scars.Meanwhile,it is difficult as well to determine an appropriate parameter for lasers used to treat the post-burn scars and the overall therapeutic effect of laser treatment remains uncertain yet.This paper aims to systematically review the literature on the clinical application of ablative fraction carbon dioxide laser in burn and scald scar,the improvement of scars after treatment,treatment time,laser related parameter setting,combined treatment and adverse reactions,for the purpose of providing the basis for clinicians to better treat burn and scald wound,reducing scar and improving conditions of scars.
