摘 要:按现行的GB/T 4010-2015《铁合金化学分析用试样的采取和制备》对钛铁进行一次精整后的产品取样,受样本粒度过大、铝热还原法生产的钛铁质量均匀性差等因素制约,取样准确度很难得到保证。钛铁产品标准中有“同牌号组批”的质量要求,且铝热法生产的钛铁易碎,在组批操作过程中粒度越小,产生的筛下物就越多。保证组批产品的质量均匀性,保证操作过程的成話率成为了互相矛盾的两个条件。在氏背景下,寻探索一种适合在一次精整后的取样方法成为了最直接、有效的手段。According to the current GB/T 4010-2015"The Taking and Preparation of Samples for the Chemical Analysis of Ferroalloys",the sampling accuracy of ferrotitanium products after one finishing is difficult to be guaranteed due to the factors such as large sample size and poor mass uniformity of ferrotitanium produced by thermite reduction method.There is a quality requirement of"batch with the same brand"in the product standard of ferric titanium,and ferric titanium produced by aluminothermic method is fragile,and the smaller the particle size in the batch operation process,the more the sieve material will be produced.To ensure the quality uniformity of batch products and the yield of finished products in the operation process have become two contradictory conditions.In this context,it is the most direct and effective means to search for a sampling method suitable for a finishing.
