摘　　要：在“贷款修路”的背景下,高速公路如何收费还贷,逐渐成为公路建设单位重点关心的问题。现阶段,传统人工收费的方式已经难以适应时代发展的需求,环境污染问题也不断突出,需要将ETC充分应用在联网收费系统中,提升高速公路收费的效率。该文结合ETC的系统构成、工作原理及应用特点,探究其所存在的问题,提出相应的应用策略。Under the background of"building roads with loans",how to collect fees and repay loans for expressway has gradually become a key concern of highway construction units.At the present stage,the traditional manual toll collection method has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the times,and the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.It is necessary to fully apply ETC in the networked toll collection system to improve the efficiency of expressway toll collection.Combined with the system composition,working principle and application characteristics of ETC,this paper explores its existing problems and puts forward the corresponding application strategies.
