全站仪在立式金属罐容量检定中的应用

摘　　要：全站仪是一种多功能测绘仪器,是立式金属罐容量测量的重要工具,其计量精度将直接影响贸易双方经济效益,在我国粮仓仓储、石油化工等领域应用广泛。该文主要介绍了全站仪应用在立式金属罐容量检定中等工作原理和主要注意事项,同时从圈板半径测量、倾斜度测量、圈板高度测量、椭圆度测量、罐底量测量等五方面讲述全站仪在立式金属罐容量检定中的具体应用。Electronic total station is a multifunctional surveying and mapping instrument and an important tool for vertical metal tank capacity measurement.Its measurement accuracy will directly affect the economic benefits of both sides of trade.It is widely used in granary storage,petrochemical and other fields in China.This paper mainly introduces the working principle and main precautions of the total station in the capacity verification of vertical metal tank,and describes the specific application of the total station in the capacity verification of vertical metal tank from five aspects:ring plate radius measurement,inclination measurement,ring plate height measurement,ovality measurement and tank bottom measurement.
