农户家庭生计资本、人居环境整治付费认知与人居环境整治付费行为--以江西省873个农户为例

摘　　要：以江西省873个农户为研究对象,基于计划行为理论、KAP理论与可持续生计分析框架,通过构建结构方程模型(SEM)实证分析家庭生计资本、人居环境整治付费认知与人居环境整治付费行为三者作用关系。结果表明:农户人居环境整治付费认知在农户家庭生计资本对农户人居环境整治付费意愿、农户人居环境整治付费行为作用中扮演着部分中介作用;农户人居环境整治付费意愿在农户人居环境整治付费认知、农户家庭生计资本对农户人居环境整治付费行为作用中扮演着部分中介作用;农户人居环境整治付费认知对农户人居环境整治付费行为具有主导作用,农户家庭生计资本对农户人居环境整治付费意愿具有主导作用。基于此,从强化人居环境整治付费认知和提高家庭生计资本两方面提出合理引导规范农户人居环境整治付费行为的对策建议,为管理职能部门制定相关决策提供参考依据。873 farmers in Jiangxi Province were taken as the research objects,based on the theory of planned behavior,the theory of KAP,and the theory of sustainable livelihood,the Structural Equation Model(SEM)was constructed to demonstrate the relationship among family livelihood capital,the recognition and the behavior of paying for the governance of rural living environment.The recognition of paying for the governance of rural living environment plays a partial mediating role in the influence family livelihood capital has on the willingness and the behavior of paying for the governance of rural living environment.The willingness of paying for the governance of rural living environment plays a partial mediating role in the influence family livelihood capital and the recognition of paying for the governance of rural living environment have on the behavior of paying for the governance of rural living environment.The recognition of paying for the governance of rural living environment plays a leading role in the behavior of paying for the governance of rural living environment while family livelihood capital plays a leading role in the willingness of paying for the governance of rural living environment.Based on these,some suggestions are put forward to reasonably guide and regulate the behavior of paying for the governance of rural living environment from strengthening the recognition of paying for the governance of rural living environment and improving family livelihood capital,which could provide some reference for relevant departments to make decisions.
