摘 要:对武钢6、7号两座3200m^(3)高炉炉役后期炉身中下部冷却壁集中损坏状况进行了调查分析。其损坏机理:①9段铜冷却壁损坏主要形式是结厚渣皮的频繁脱落和热应力作用;②10段铸钢冷却壁损坏主要形式为壁体断裂损坏和龟裂;③高炉炉身中下部出现干湿混合料层时,既能缓解一部分固态炉料的摩擦破环,也能使该部透气性得到一定地抑制,是一种较好的保护壁体的料层结构。The damage of cooling stave concentrated in the middle and lower parts of WISCO No.6 and 7 BF stack at its later stage of campaign has been investigated and analyzed,and the damage mechanism is figured out:(1)the damage of 9th section of the copper stave is mainly represented by the frequent peeling of accreted slag skull and the thermal stress effect;(2)the damage of the 10th section of the cast steel cooling stave is represented mainly by stave fracture and cracks;(3)at middle and lower parts of the BF stack,if furnace burden is in a pattern of mixed dry and wet layer,it not only can alleviate the stack from wearing by some solid charges,hut also can suppress the gas permeability of this area,that is to say,such pattern can protect the stack cooling stave.
