摘　　要：[研究目的]该研究拟对比分析美国国家情报战略报告,剖析其演进过程,发现美国情报战略的新变化、新趋势,对强化我国情报战略建设有现实意义。[研究方法]使用定量方法对美国国家情报战略报告进行文本内容分析,通过共现词、突现词的词频变化,发现不同版本战略报告间的异同,并结合战略报告背景得到情报战略演进过程。[研究结论]美国国家情报战略围绕情报机构的一体化和情报共享两个目标持续加强情报体制建设,不断强化空间安全、科技应用、一线作战支持的重要性。信息来源多样性、队伍建设多元化及地缘政治成为新的关注点。我国在情报体系建设、开源情报应用和情报队伍建设等方面要有针对性地进行应对。[Research purpose]It is of practical significance to compare the USA national intelligence strategy report,analyze its evolution process,and discover new changes and new trends in the USA intelligence strategy for strengthen China's intelligence strategy construction.[Research method]The quantitative methods are used to analyze the text content of the USA National Intelligence Strategy Report.Through the frequency changes of co-occurrence words and new words,the similarities and differences between different versions of the strategy report are discovered,which combine the background of the strategy report to get the intelligence strategy evolution process.[Research conclusion]The USA national intelligence strategy continues to strengthen its intelligence system construction around the two goals of intelligence agency integration and intelligence sharing.The importance of space security,scientific and technological applications,and current operation has been continuously strengthened,and the diversity of information sources,workforce,and geopolitics have become new concerns.So China must respond in terms of intelligence system construction,open source intelligence applications,and intelligence team construction.
