摘 要:为揭示北京地区槲树外生菌根真菌群落特征,选取上方山国家森林公园、百望山国家森林公园、云蒙山国家森林公园和黄松峪国家地质公园4个槲树山区自然分布地,及陶然亭公园1个平原引种地为采样地,采集土壤和槲树根部样品,检测土壤理化指标,采用高通量测序技术对根部外生菌根真菌群落进行测定,初步分析其与环境因子之间的相关性。结果表明,平原和山区采样地之间土壤理化性质存在显著差异。陶然亭公园土壤全氮、全钾、总有机碳含量和磷酸酶活性显著低于山区采样地,而全磷含量和碳氮比值则显著高于山区采样地。陶然亭公园槲树根部外生菌根真菌群落多样性指数低于山区采样地,在属水平上,红菇属(Russula)、丝膜菌属(Cortinarius)、棉革菌属(Tomentella)、块菌属(Tuber)是北京地区槲树的主要外生菌根真菌类群,并且各采样地的优势菌存在明显的差异。真菌群落与环境因子相关性分析表明,土壤碳氮比、坡度、槲树胸径、土壤全钾含量和磷酸酶活性与其多样性关系密切。Our study aimed to evaluate the characteristics of ectomycorrhizal fungal communities associated with Quercus dentata in Beijing,China.We collected soil and Q.dentata roots from four mountainous areas where the tree was naturally distributed(Shangfangshan National Forest Park,Baiwangshan National Forest Park,Yunmengshan National Forest Park,and Huangsongyu National Geopark)and one plain area where the tree was introduced(Taoranting Park).The physiochemical indices of soil were assessed,and using high-throughput sequencing,the community structure of ectomycorrhizal fungi colonizing the roots was determined.The correlation between ectomycorrhizal fungal diversity and environmental factors was analyzed preliminarily.The soil physiochemical properties differed significantly between the plain area and the mountainous areas.The total nitrogen,potassium,and organic carbon contents and phosphatase activity of soil from the Taoranting Park were significantly lower than those of the soil from the other four mountainous sampling plots.In contrast,the total phosphorus content and carbon-to-nitrogen(C/N)ratio presented the opposite pattern.The ectomycorrhizal fungal community associated with Q.dentata roots in the Taoranting Park was less diverse than that in the other mountainous areas.Overall,species of the genera Russula,Cortinarius,Tomentella,and Tuber were the main ectomycorrhizal fungi colonizing the roots of Q.dentata.The correlation analysis revealed a close relationship between fungal diversity and the following environmental factors:slope,Q.dentata trunk diameter at breast height,and soil C/N ratio,total potassium content,and phosphatase activity.
