摘　　要：微生物样本处理系统是临床微生物检验的重要组成部分,样本处理的质量直接影响到检验结果的准确性。设计一种基于松下PLC的全自动微生物样本处理系统,采用松下FP7系列的PLC,由CPU单元、输入输出单元、位置控制单元等组成,通过控制命令及脉冲序列对样本进行精准处理与控制,为微生物样本处理提供一种标准化的操作平台。Microbial sample treatment system is the main composition of clinical microbial checkout.The quality of sample treatment decides the accuracy of checkout.The automatic treatment system of microbial sample is designed based on Panasonic FP7 PLC.The system is composed mainly of CPU,I/O,PLC positioning unit of Panasonic FP7 series.Sample treatment is made by control code and pulse sequence.The standardization operating platform for microbial sample treatment system is given.
