摘 要:为解决传统的具有大批量、低频次特点的港口-腹地物流运作模式对中国跨境电商发展的制约,通过对跨境电子商务背景下的港口-腹地物流运作过程进行分析,首先针对目前具有电商背景的制造企业、物流承运商与海外消费者之间的利益矛盾,提出了一种基于循环集货的小批量、高频次的多阶段港口-腹地物流决策优化数学模型,其次通过一个实际案例对模型用遗传算法进行了求解,最后通过分析验证了优化方法的有效性,并以订单的集货时间为参数进行敏感性分析得出了相关的管理学启示。With the development of cross-border e-commerce of China,the port-hinterland logistics mode with the characteristics of small-batch and high-frequency of e-commerce has become more and more important.However,the traditional port-hinterland logistics operation mode with the characteristics of large-batch and low-frequency is no longer suitable and restricts the development of cross-border e-commerce of China.Through to cross-border e-commerce under the background of port hinterland-logistics operation process analysis,firstly,based on the current electricity background of interests contradiction among manufacturing enterprise,logistics carriers,and overseas consumers,this paper puts forward a milk-run goods collection of goods small-batch,high-frequency of multi-stage port hinterland logistics decision making optimization mathematical model,secondly,a practical case is used to solve the model with genetic algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimization method is verified through the analysis and the sensitivity analysis is carried out with the goods gathering time as the parameter to obtain the relevant management enlightenment.
