摘 要:板坯连铸中,浸入式水口浸入深度对保护渣卷入有着非常重要的影响。针对某厂板坯结晶器流场、钢液表面流动情况展开研究,通过数值模拟对不同浸入水口浸入深度进行对比分析,并采用水模型试验进行验证。结果表明,浸入深度为100 mm和110 mm时,结晶器液面表面流速较高,最高分别为0.215 m/s和0.210 m/s;浸入深度为120 mm和130 mm时,表面最高流速分别为0.181 m/s和0.179 m/s,表面流速在接受范围之内,卷渣几率较小。对水模研究发现,浸入深度为100 mm和110 mm时旋涡现象明显,液渣层不对称,并存在卷渣现象。综合考虑,当拉速1.65 m/min时,该研究水口浸入深度在120~130 mm较为合理。The immersion depth of submerged entry nozzle has a very important influence on mold flux entrapment in slab continuous casting.In this study,the flow field and the surface flow of liquid steel in the slab mold of a steel plant were studied.The comparative analysis for different immersion depths of the submerged entry nozzle was carried out with numerical simulation,and water model experiment was used for verification.The results show that,when the nozzle immersion depth is 100 mm and 110 mm,the maximum surface velocity of mold level is as high as 0.215 m/s and 0.210 m/s respectively.When the nozzle immersion depth is 120 mm and 130 mm,the maximum surface velocity is decreased to 0.181 m/s and 0.179 m/s respectively,which are within the acceptable range,and the probability of slag entrapment is small.The water experiment shows that,when the nozzle immersion depth is 100 mm and 110 mm,the vortex phenomenon is obvious,the liquid slag layer is asymmetric,and there are slag entrapment phenomena.Comprehensive consideration leads to the conclusion that,when casting speed is 1.65 m/min,the nozzle immersion depth of 120-130 mm is suitable.
