摘　　要：文章设计了利用二塔间歇续减压分子蒸馏分离装置回收环氧乙烷附产物混醇废液的工艺路线,通过生产实践证明了负压水环真空泵条件下、降低物料沸点、控制回流比三个条件对如何提高冷凝后物料含量和提取率,从而验证达到节能降耗生产参考值,为生产提供了基础数据.Renew design using two tower intermittent decompression molecular distillation separation plant recycling of the product mix alcohol waste liquid epoxy ethane process route,through the production practice proved that the negative pressure under the condition of water ring vacuum pump,to reduce the boiling point,reflux ratio control three conditions on how to improve the material content and extraction yield,the cooled to achieve energy saving production reference.It provides basic data for production.
