党建优势转化为治理效能在化工实验室治理中的实践

摘　　要：在实验室安全管理中,党建的引领作用至关重要,是安全管理工作取得成效的关键,不仅体现了党对安全工作的全面领导,而且在实际工作中将党组织的政治核心作用,体现了政治优势、组织优势、宣传优势及密切群众的优势发挥得淋漓尽致。本文中国石油大学(北京)化学工程与环境学院实验室为例,介绍了在党建引领下,通过创新实验室安全管理模式,使党组织的方向舵作用、推进器作用、拦阻索作用得以实现,并将党建优势转化成实验室安全的治理效能。Party building plays a crucial role in the laboratory safety management,which is the key to the effective management of safety control.Party building not only reflects the overall leadership of the party to the safety management but also embodies the party organization’s role as the political core in the practical work and vividly unfolds the political,organizational,advertising advantages as well as the close relationship with the masses.Taking China Petroleum University(Beijing)Chemical Engineering and Environment Faculty as an example,the paper introduces with the guidance of the party building and innovation of the laboratory safety management mode,the role of the party organization as a rudder,a propeller and an arresting gear can be fully realized,and the party building advantages can be successfully transformed into the laboratory safety governance efficiency.
