摘  要:针对塔河油田目前常规光杆机抽井存在的进行井口与压井作业时时效低等问题,研制了无接箍光杆。其具有如下特点:首先,优选外径及螺纹扣型,使得屈服载荷达到43T,满足机抽井的生产需求;其次,无墩粗、无扳手方,外径统一,与光杆密封器配合,配套封泵器,可形成不压井井口作业及机抽井不压井检泵作业。经现场应用表明,在控制井控风险的前提下,该技术有效降低了维护成本、提高了油井生产时效,在国内油田普遍进入机采生产的背景下,具有广阔的应用前景。Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in wellhead and killing operation in conventional polished rod pumping wells in Tahe oilfield,a non coupling polished rod is developed.It has the following characteristics:firstly,the outer diameter and screw thread type are optimized to make the yield load reach 43 T and meet the production requirements of mechanical pumping wells;Secondly,there is no thick pier,no square wrench,uniform outer diameter,matched with smooth rod seal and matched with pump sealer,which can form wellhead operation without killing and pump inspection operation without killing in mechanical pumping wells.The field application shows that on the premise of controlling well control risk,this technology effectively reduces the maintenance cost and improves the production efficiency of oil wells.Under the background of mechanical production in domestic oilfields,it has broad application prospects.
