摘 要:泡沫排水采气技术是一种常规的排水采气技术,被广泛应用于各油田。井筒积液造成回压增大,井口压力下降,气井生产能力受到严重影响,井底近区积液,影响气田最终采收率。针对涩北气田地层压力降低、水侵加剧,泡排井数、井次和消泡时间不断增加,泡排设备无法满足作业需要。涩北气田采用理论计算法和生产实践法相结合快速判断气井是否积液,形成了涩北气田配套泡排工艺技术。下一步利用现有远程监控数据系统,建立泡排气井数据库,结合理论计算与生产实践形成泡排预警机制,实现自动监控、数据远传。研发应用太阳能及风能互补发电技术,实现井口供电。最终形成适用于疏松砂岩积液井的智能化注销一体撬装装置,形成特有的泡沫排水采气工艺技术。Foam drainage gas recovery technology is a conventional drainage gas recovery technology,which is widely used in various oil fields.The back pressure is increased and the wellhead pressure is decreased due to the wellbore effusion.The production capacity of gas wells is seriously affected.The liquid accumulation near the bottom of the well affects the final recovery rate of the gas field.In view of the decrease of formation pressure and the aggravation of water invasion in Sebei gas field,the number of foam drainage wells,well times and defoaming time are increasing,so the foam drainage equipment can not meet the operation requirements.Sebei gas field adopts the combination of theoretical calculation method and production practice method to quickly determine whether the gas well has liquid,forming the matching bubble drainage technology in Sebei gas field.In the next step,the existing remote monitoring data system is used to establish bubble exhaust well database.Combined with theoretical calculation and production practice,bubble discharge early warning mechanism is formed to realize automatic monitoring and remote data transmission.Develop and apply solar energy and wind energy complementary power generation technology to realize wellhead power supply.Finally,an intelligent write-offintegrated skid-mounted device suitable for unconsolidated sandstone reservoir is formed,and a unique foam drainage gas recovery technology is formed.
