摘  要:石油化工装置不断向综合型、大型化发展,生产的产品种类越来越多样化,使得生产过程中工艺管道输送介质成分更加复杂。从而选用耐高温耐腐蚀性强度更高的铬钼合金钢管道越来越多。但铬钼合金钢具有淬硬性强、焊接难度大、易产生延迟裂纹等缺点。文章将从铬钼合金钢管道焊接施工程序进行分析,以便对铬钼合金钢管道焊接技术有一个清晰的了解,同时更深层次掌握其焊接过程中施工要点,从而进一步提高铬钼合金钢管道焊接质量。Petrochemical devices are constantly developing to a comprehensive and large-scale development,and the types of products produced are becoming more and more diversified,making the process pipeline delivery medium composition more complex.Choose more and more chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipes with higher high temperature and corrosion resistance.However,chromiummolybdenum alloy steel has strong hardening,high welding difficulty and easy delay crack.This paper will analyze from the welding procedures of chromium-molybdenum steel pipeline,so as to have a clear understanding of the welding technology,and further grasp the construction points of the welding process,so as to further improve the welding quality of chromium-molybdenum steel pipeline.
