摘 要:井壁稳定问题是钻井工程中经常遇到的一个十分复杂的技术难题。文章分析了厄瓜多尔常用的三种页岩抑制剂的情况,探讨了各种页岩抑制剂的抑制机理,分析了每种页岩抑制剂的具体应用情况。在考虑自身情况的条件下,提出我们从事钻井液技术服务时,对页岩抑制剂的选择。优选聚胺类抑制剂和聚合醇类抑制剂在PARAHUACU油田通过进一步的深入研究和具体实践,优化我们的设计,保证钻井液具有良好的抑制性的同时,发展形成"绿色环保"钻井液体系,满足钻井的需求。Well wall stability problem is a very complex technical problem often encountered in drilling engineering.This paper analyzes the situation of three shale inhibitors commonly used in Ecuador,discusses the inhibition mechanism of various shale inhibitors,and analyzes the specific application of each shale inhibitor.When considering our own conditions,we propose the choice of shale inhibitors when engaged in drilling fluid technical services.Preferable polyamine inhibitors and polymerol inhibitors in PARAHUACU oilfield through further thorough research and concrete practice to optimize our design to ensure that the drilling fluid is well inhibitory"Green protection"drilling fluid system to meet the needs of drilling.
