摘 要:采用改进Franz扩散池和人工膜进行体外释放实验,以优选的条件对自制及市售水杨酸软膏进行释放度考察。以0.45μm的混合纤维素膜为人工膜,pH 7.4的PBS为接受介质,自制水杨酸软膏的释放速度明显快于市售产品,平均释放速率分别为314.41和63.37μg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1/2),释药行为符合Higuchi模型。自制水杨酸软膏解决了市售产品质地粗糙及粒度超标等问题,且具有更好的药物释放速度。Modified Franz diffusion cell and artificial membrane were used for in vitro release test,and the release of salicylic acid ointment was investigated under the optimized conditions.The 0.45μm mixed cellulose membrane was used as the artificial membrane,and pH 7.4 PBS was used as the receiving medium.The release rate of self-made salicylic acid ointment was significantly faster than that of commercially available products,and the average release rates were 314.41 and 63.37μg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1/2),respectively.The drug release behavior was in line with Higuchi model.The self-made salicylic acid ointment can solve the problems of coarse texture and over standard particle size,and had better drug release rate.
