摘 要:SBR短程硝化系统中处理模拟垃圾渗滤液,探究25 g/L盐度(以氯化钠浓度计)对氨氧化细菌(AOB)和亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)的数量与种群多样性的影响。结果表明,逐步增加盐度至25 g/L,AOB数量下降了57%,NOB数量提高了3倍;该条件下AOB种群多样性变化不明显,NOB却有所降低。由此可见,在SBR短程硝化系统中,逐步提高盐度,活性污泥中NOB在一定条件下会恢复活性且数量倍增,持续将亚硝酸盐转变为硝酸盐,使得SBR反应器中的短程硝化转变为全程硝化。The simulated landfill leachate was treated in SBR shortcut nitrification system to explore the effects of salinity(25 g/L)on the number and population diversity of ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB)and nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB).The results showed that when the salinity was increased to 25 g/L,the number of AOB decreased by 57%,and the number of NOB increased by 3 times.Under this condition,the diversity of AOB population did not change significantly,but the number of NOB decreased.It can be seen that in SBR shortcut nitrification system,with the gradual increase of salinity,the activity of NOB in the activated sludge will be restored under certain conditions,and the amount of NOB will be doubled,and the nitrite will be continuously converted into nitrate,so that the shortcut nitrification in SBR reactor will be converted into full nitrification.
