多学科协作康复护理模式在神经功能障碍患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:运用多学科协作的康复护理模式,对神经功能障碍的患者进行规范、系统的技术指导,促进患者神经功能障碍的恢复。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月包头医学院第一附属医院住院患者中神经功能障碍患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组患者利用多学科协作的康复模式,对功能障碍患者进行康复锻炼;对照组患者使用传统方法对功能障碍患者进行康复锻炼;对两组的功能障碍康复效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者的康复达标率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者在功能障碍恢复方面各项得分优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:多学科协作康复模式在神经功能障碍患者的康复中起到重要作用,促进患者恢复功能,值得推广。Objective:To provide standardized and systematic technical guidance for patients with neurological dysfunction and to study the recovery effect of neurological dysfunction by using the rehabilitation nursing model of multidisciplinary collaboration.Methods:A total of 100 patients with neurological dysfunction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from January 2019 to January 2021 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were rehabilitated by the rehabilitation model of multidisciplinary collaboration,while the control group were rehabilitated by traditional methods,with the rehabilitation effects compared.Results:The recovery rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(68.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of the functional recovery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-disciplinary cooperative rehabilitation model plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological dysfunction,worthy of promotion.
