关于高校信息化档案室建设的研究与思考

摘　　要：对于高校而言,高校档案不仅仅是原生信息更是一个非常宝贵的资源,高校在发展计划的制定、教育规律的总结中都需要将高校档案作为依据,来进行各项工作的开展。本文从信息化档案室建设的必要性开始入手,分析为何高校一定要建设信息化档案室;对目前信息化档案室建设过程中的现状进行思考,寻找其中的问题并提出相对的解决策略,以期能够对高校信息化档案室建设工作的进展提供帮助。For colleges and universities,college archives are not only the original information,but also a very valuable resource.Colleges and universities need to take college archives as the basis in the formulation of development plans and the summary of education laws to carry out various works.This article starts with the necessity of the construction of informatization archives,analyzes why colleges and universities must build informatization archives;thinks about the current situation in the construction of informatization archives,finds the problems in it,and proposes relative solutions,with a view to provide assistance to the construction of the informatization archives room of colleges and universities.
