摘 要:为了有效解决导管避让槽成形问题,采用聚氨酯橡皮冲压的成形方法。使用有限元软件ABAQUS进行导管避让槽橡皮成形分析,研究了进给量与橡皮硬度对铜和铝材料管件的贴模度影响以及成形后管件的壁厚分布规律,并采用有限元分析优化后的参数进行实验验证,将实验结果与仿真结果进行比较。结果表明:在冲头进给量和聚氨酯橡胶硬度相同的情况下,铝管的贴模度要优于铜管,二者成形后避让槽处的管壁增厚、减薄趋势基本一致,壁厚增减率均不超过5%,满足实际应用要求。In order to effectively solve the forming problem of the conduits shelter groove,the forming method of polyurethane rubber stamping was selected.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the rubber forming process of the conduits shelter groove.The effects of feed rate and rubber hardness on the part-mould contact gap and the wall thickness distributions of copper and aluminum pipes were studied.The optimized parameters of the finite element analysis were used to compard with the experimental results.The results show that under the same feed rate and the same hardness of the polyurethane rubber,the part-mould contact gap of aluminum tube is better than that of copper tube;the tube wall thickening and thinning trend at the conduits shelter groove are basically the same after forming;the increase and decrease rate of wall thickness are less than 5%,which meets the requirements of practical application.
